Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in STEM or business.
• Full-time availability for trainee program.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, prepare reports, dashboards, and trackers.
• Support data-driven decisions with documentation and follow-up.
• Create presentations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Document processes and communicate progress to stakeholders.
