Siemens Energy is seeking a talents-driven professional to support performance improvements for the Latin American wind turbine fleet. You will develop Power BI dashboards, analyze Windhub cases, and help implement AI-driven solutions to boost reliability and reduce costs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and advanced English. Portuguese is a plus, and the team emphasizes proactive collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy and Sustainable Development, or a related field.
• Preference for candidates with internship/co-op in engineering, renewable energy, or project-based environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to manage analytical processes.
• Knowledge of AI tools, Power BI, and Microsoft SharePoint is an advantage.
• Advanced English required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proactive mindset, teamwork, strong communication, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Support the performance improvement project for the installed wind turbine fleet across Latin America, aiming to boost fleet availability and reduce costs per turbine per year.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and statistics for monthly performance reviews published on SharePoint.
• Analyze and report on Windhub cases (internal ticketing system), generating insights and performance metrics.
• Evaluate and support the implementation of AI-driven processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to reducing the team's workload by optimizing processes and leveraging AI for Windhub cases related to logistics and similar topics.
