Sterlington PLLC is seeking a first-class Legal Practice Assistant to provide white-glove support to partners and attorneys. You will learn each partner’s practice, execute on client matters, and run the administrative engine behind the work while coordinating with stakeholders across the firm.

The role emphasizes using AI and technology to streamline processes, manage documents and matters, and support billing and project work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Formación

• 5+ years supporting partners, senior fee earners or C-suite executives, ideally in law or professional services.
• Fluent English, verbal and written
• Excellent MS Office proficiency; familiarity with practice management software
• Experience with data analytics dashboards (PowerBI) and AI tools (Claude, CoPilot)
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple workstreams

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex, multi-time-zone diaries and travel arrangements; triage emails and prepare briefings.
• Prepare and track engagement letters and client communications; maintain CRM records.
• Format and file documents to firm standards for easy retrieval.
• Support time and billing processes; monitor billable entries and expenses to Finance.
• Collaborate across Legal Operations; promote AI-first workflows and streamlined processes
