Sterlington PLLC is seeking an experienced professional to join the People Team as an attorney development leader. You’ll design feedback cadences, develop programs, and foster a sense of belonging that turns associates into long-term contributors.

You’ll coach, mentor, and manage performance, work with firm leadership, and use data to improve utilization and engagement across the Americas time zones. Strong English skills and familiarity with US employment law are essential.

Formación

• Experience building L&D programs in a law firm or legal tech environment.
• Ability to apply US employment law to development and performance decisions.
• Proven coaching and people-management experience.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience designing programs grounded in adult learning theory.

Responsabilidades

• Build a feedback cadence and development programs aligned with firm culture.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with partners and leadership.
• Create programs and touchpoints to foster a sense of belonging.
• Own learning and development end-to-end, from design to delivery.
• Coach and mentor associates, addressing performance concerns.
• Use utilization and performance data to drive actions.
• Contribute to talent acquisition and future programs for attorneys.
