Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Web Production Designer to support the creation and delivery of production-ready Salesforce web experiences across product, campaign, and industry teams.

The role emphasizes execution, consistency, scalability, and adherence to brand guidelines within a modular design system. The ideal candidate will turn briefs into web-ready designs using Figma, with experience in CMS environments and a strong eye for detail.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience in web, digital, or production design within a structured design system.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, reusable components, and modular page systems.
• Working knowledge of CMS or page-builder environments.
• Experience creating or adapting product UI imagery for marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and production accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions in a high-volume environment.
• Experience or exposure to AI design tools (Figma Make, Weave, Webflow).
• Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale marketing websites.
• Familiarity with web asset optimization and formats such as WEBP.
• Experience with product storytelling, basic motion graphics, or UI-focused creative.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain production-ready web page mockups in Figma.
• Translate briefs, wireframes, content matrices, and creative direction into complete page layouts.
• Create and adapt product UI imagery, feature graphics, marquee assets, and supporting web visuals.
• Work within established Salesforce design systems, templates, components, and brand guidelines.
• Prepare optimized web assets and final production files for implementation.
• Review project inputs for completeness and flag gaps before production begins.
• Maintain organized Figma files, source assets, naming conventions, and version control.
• Partner with Art Directors, PMMs, copywriters, project managers, and web publishing teams to ensure accurate handoffs and efficient production.
