The LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, storage and shipping operations, ensuring quality and on-time delivery across the supply chain.

You’ll analyze inventory data, manage budgets for consumables, drive lean improvements, create purchase orders, and prepare performance updates for leadership teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) with strong experience in warehouse handling, inventory control, and personnel management.
  • Solid technical knowledge Logistics operations, transportation and equipment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus).

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for receiving, delivering, and shipping materials on time, while ensuring their quality throughout the supply process.

Core Responsibilities
  • Analyze historical data and manage inventory projects and follow-ups to support logistics operations.
  • Control and coordinate the consumable budget, such as plastic wrap.
  • Facilitate lean manufacturing assessments and tools (LCI).
  • Create and track purchase orders.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for departmental performance meetings, including daily, weekly, and monthly huddles.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) with strong experience in warehouse handling, inventory control, and personnel management.
  • Solid technical knowledge Logistics operations, transportation and equipment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SAP desirable.
  • Advanced communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
