ABB in Juárez, MX is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations on site, aligning with production schedules and lean processes.

You will develop and maintain departmental work instructions, lead a team, ensure inventory accuracy, and enforce health, safety and security procedures while collaborating across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Warehouse Team Leader or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and 3PL methodologies.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel; familiarity with IMMEX and CITIPAT.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; fluent in English.
