Qnity is seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to maintain the Master Production Schedule and ensure finished goods are available to meet forecasts and customer requirements.

You will coordinate with Sales, manufacturing sites, and suppliers to secure material availability, schedule production, create and monitor purchase orders, and optimize the supply chain to improve service while controlling inventory.

Formación

• BS or BA from an accredited four-year college.
• At least 10 years of related experience in an applicable field.
• 3+ years of production scheduling/planning experience.
• Experience with production/material planning and MRP.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Windows skills.
• Experience with integrated manufacturing software systems; QAD or similar ERP experience preferred.
• CPIM certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the Master Production Schedule based on forecasts and customer requirements.
• Manage finished goods inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Schedule production using customer orders, historical data, forecasts, and business requirements.
• Create, monitor, and update purchase orders to support production plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, multiple manufacturing sites, and suppliers to ensure material availability and delivery commitments.
• Optimize supply chain, order consolidation, and logistics to improve service while minimizing inventory investment.
• Generate manufacturing/rework orders as required.
• Monitor supply chain processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer delivery cycles.
• Maintain accurate planning and inventory information in manufacturing systems.
• Adhere to established quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

Responsible for maintaining accurate finished goods inventory and ensuring an adequate supply of finished goods for assigned products based on forecasts and customer requirements, with the goal of achieving total customer satisfaction.
