Johnson Controls in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León, seeks a Warehouse Superintendent to lead all warehouse, inventory control, and material flow activities supporting manufacturing. You will drive inventory accuracy, optimize material movement, and lead continuous improvement with a strong safety focus.

You will manage 50+ employees through a structured leadership team, set KPIs, and implement Lean methodologies to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets in line with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, or business administration.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in materials, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 3+ years leading large teams and managers.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM desirable.
• Advanced ERP/WMS expertise (SAP/Oracle) and data-driven mindset.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

This position drives inventory accuracy, material availability, warehouse productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining world-class safety standards. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for material movement, storage, replenishment, inventory management, and logistics activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives related to safety, customer service, operational excellence, cost control, and working capital optimization. **RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:** Provide strategic leadership for warehouse operations to ensure the attainment of safety, quality, productivity, and inventory targets.
