Johnson Controls, a global leader in energy efficiency and building systems, seeks a Sr Supplier Scheduler in Apodaca, Mexico. The role focuses on developing suppliers, executing cost-saving projects, and ensuring timely direct material delivery to meet production needs.

You will manage POs, supplier performance, and cross-functional alignment with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Global Procurement. The ideal candidate has a degree or equivalent experience, strong English, and expertise in

Responsabilidades

• Analyze MRP demand and replenish stocks timely.
• Place Purchase Orders (POs) on time to suppliers and feeder plants.
• Get confirmation dates or estimated times of arrival (ETA) for all POs.
• Ensure correct receipt in SAP ERP system.
• Attend daily production meetings.
• Execute exception messages regularly.
• Align supplier requested dates in POs to avoid production impacts.
• Send reports to suppliers to review open lines and avoid past-due POs.
• Communicate risks related to purchased items and shortages to Planning and Production.
• Escalate issues with Global Procurement or Regional Materials via the JIRA process.
• Analyze line of balances (LOB) when vendors have issues.
• Analyze monthly forecasts and forward to suppliers.
• Address delivery, pricing, and invoicing issues promptly with vendors.
• Monitor vendor on-time delivery.
• Support other areas to improve vendor development and deliveries.
• Lead inventory reduction projects and reduce excess/obsolete items.
• Review daily arrivals of raw materials at Customs Broker Warehouse and coordinate with Logistics.
• Resolve discrepancy problems in a timely manner with Warehouse.
• Process invoices discrepancies in Maple (AP).
• Participate in safety committees, ISO audits, and training programs.

Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.**What will you do?** The Sr Supplier Scheduler should be able to develop suppliers and intercompany plants (feeders), execute savings projects, assure that an adequate supplier is assigned to each purchased item and support expediting processes with suppliers to assure that direct material is supplied in a proper time and that it will meet the delivery dates to minimize the risk of an inventory stock-out or revenue impact.
