The LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep plant production equipment in safe, efficient operation. You will install, troubleshoot and maintain Plug & Play equipment, adhering to safety standards and the original equipment specifications.

You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrate equipment such as printers, robots and mechanical parts, and work with engineers to improve equipment availability and productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Install and de-install Plug & Play equipment.
• Diagnose and repair Plug & Play equipment while following LOTO safety practices to minimize downtime.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Process Engineers to identify equipment improvements to increase availability/productivity.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and work instructions to perform maintenance and services.
• Calibrate Plug&Play equipment (Printers, Robots, Mechanical Parts).

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the plant production equipment in operation in a safe / efficient condition. He or she will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment according to safety and keeping the original standard of the equipments by executing preventive and corrective maintenance systems and processes.

Core responsibilities

• Installation and de-installation of manufacturing Plug & Play equipment.
• Diagnostic tasks and repair Plug & Play equipment, following the best LOTO safety practices and minimizing downtime due to equipment breakdown.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal conditions.
• Work together with the Maintenance and Process Engineers to identify equipment improvements to increase their availability and / or productivity.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and work instructions to perform required maintenance and services.
• Calibrate Plug&Play equipment (Printers, Robots, Mechanical Parts)
