Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Queretaro location. The role ensures continuous material supply to production areas, supervises kitting, and maintains accurate inventories.

Proficiency in SAP Production and Excel is required, with leadership and intercultural skills to train schedulers and lead a diverse team. The position involves rotative shifts and adherence to safety and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficient warehouse operations

Qualifications

Experience with SAP Production / Warehouse Replenishment strategies.
Experience performing cycle counts / physical inventory.
Ability to analyze problems and synthesize solutions.
Proficient in Excel.
Strong intercultural skills, teamwork, result orientation, and initiative.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to train schedulers.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure continuous supply of materials to production/assembly areas.
Coordinate kitting and ensure parts are at origination point for smooth production flow.
Pick parts from Kanban/storage and place into kit/cart.
Maintain correct parts and quantities to support production needs.
Support Water Spider stocking levels and use of forklifts as needed.
Inspect parts for damages and report discrepancies.
Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards; promote continuous improvement.
Maintain safe working environment as per OSHA.
Perform cycle counts/physical inventory.
