Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Monterrey is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations role to ensure the performance of receiving, storage, picking, internal movements, and shipments in line with the warehouse plan. The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse/logistics, a completed Engineering degree, proficiency with ERP/WMS, and strong KPI follow-up and Lean/Six Sigma mindset.

English level: intermediate-advanced. You will drive efficiency, ensure safety and quality, and lead continuous improvement

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain.
Engineering degree or relevant credential.
Proficient with ERP/WMS systems and transactional discipline.
Intermediate-Advanced English.
Experience with KPI tracking, Lean/Six Sigma and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the warehouse operating plan, tracking receipts, storage, picking, internal movements, shipments and related processes.
Manage capacity and resources to meet plan, evaluating workload and staffing, equipment and space.
Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs including safety, quality, productivity, service and transaction accuracy, taking corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to procedures, internal controls and safety/quality standards, promoting disciplined operations.
Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at improving productivity, inventory reliability, material flow and goal attainment.
