Eaton’s FFD Fluid Filtration Division in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, shipping and materials control in support of production plans and ISO/TS compliance.

You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate inventory accuracy, and ensure safe, efficient material handling with a focus on on-time delivery and continuous improvement within the Eaton ethics framework.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience; 3 years as supervisor in Receiving, Shipping & Warehousing preferred.
• Intermediate-advanced English; effective email communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead receiving, shipping and warehouse activities to meet production plans and OTD goals.
• Balance workload among staff and report productivity.
• Ensure properMaterial Handling procedures and accurate ERP/MFGPRO entries.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and support physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain safety; enforce forklift and equipment safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop staff, promote inclusion and continuous improvement.
