Pentair is offering an Operations Sr. Supervisor role in Reynosa. You will oversee manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met.

This position requires bilingual English and Spanish and a strong background in high-volume production environments. You will coordinate with Maintenance and Quality, analyze performance data, and promote teamwork across the workforce to deliver on time and with high quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering or operations fields.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing operations, senior level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and production control.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production processes and ensure schedules and standards.
• Guide and support team leaders and operators for discipline.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental policy compliance.
• Analyze KPIs and yields; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality teams on issues.
• Lead or participate in Lean and CI initiatives.
• Manage procurement of production supplies and monthly closings.
