Autoliv Mexico invites a Financial Controller Supervisor to oversee MXM's budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control. You will partner with operations to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP across the Cross Dock, Shared Service Center, and Technical Center.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 6+ years in financial controlling, strong Excel and ERP experience (JDE, OneStream, BlackLine), and a demonstrated ability to deliver actionable

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial controlling, general accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP and their application.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and analytical tools (JDE, OneStream, BlackLine, Excel).
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business partnering skills.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports with actionable insights for management.
• Monitor budget-to-actual performance and conduct variance analysis.
• Review and approve requisitions and expenditures aligning with budgets.

In this role you will beresponsible foroverseeing the financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and cost control activities of MXM, including the Cross Dock, Shared Service Center, and Technical Center. Partners with operational and business leaders to provide financial insights, ensure compliance with corporate policies, support strategic decision-making, optimize resource utilization, and drive the achievement of operational and financial objectives.

• Leadbudgetingandforecastingactivities, ensuring accurate financial plans that support operational and business objectives across MXM.

• Prepareandanalyzefinancialreports, providing timely and actionable insights to support management decision-making.

• Monitorbudget-to-actualperformanceandconductvarianceanalysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while recommending corrective actions.

• Reviewandapproverequisitionsandexpenditures, ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets, financial policies, and business priorities.

• Partnerwithoperationalandbusinessleaderstoprovidefinancialguidance, supporting strategic planning, cost management, and overall business performance.

If you have/are:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.

• Minimumof6yearsofexperienceinfinancialcontrolling,generalaccounting,budgeting,forecasting,financialreporting,andmonth-endcloseprocesses, preferably in complex operational environments.

• Strongknowledgeofaccountingstandards(IFRSand/orUSGAAP) and their application to financial analysis, reporting, and business decision support.

• Advancedproficiencyinfinancialsystemsandanalyticaltools, including JDE,OneStream,BlackLine,andAdvancedExcel, with the ability to manage large datasets and generate meaningful insights.

• Excellentfinancialplanning,analysis,andbusinesspartneringskills, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, expense management, and the ability to provide actionable recommendations to operational leaders.
