Autoliv is seeking a Maintenance Technician Team Leader to ensure reliable operation of production equipment, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. You will lead efforts on PLCs, robotics, and automation to boost uptime and efficiency.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical/electrical systems, PLC programming, and hands-on troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in equipment maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Advanced expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting, industrial robotics, vision systems, and automated manufacturing technologies.
• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with a proactive, self-directed approach and strong commitment to safety, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, robots, and automated systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and automation-related issues, minimizing downtime and supporting production objectives.
• Program, maintain, and optimize PLCs, industrial robots, vision systems, and automated manufacturing equipment to improve operational efficiency and process performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of equipment failures, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with engineering teams on equipment upgrades and automation enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards by conducting equipment inspections, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and preparing technical reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.

If You Have/are
