Job summary

Autoliv Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead and coordinate quality assurance across production operations. You will ensure compliance with quality standards, support teams in mitigating risks, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and variation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, advanced English, and strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools, with experience in 8D problem-solving. This position offers growth within an international automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Experience leading 8D problem-solving and corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
• Support production teams by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating product and process quality risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap and process variation.
• Supervise and guide Quality, MI, and Scrap Auditors to implement quality tools and methodologies.
• Monitor quality performance metrics, investigate root causes of nonconformities and implement corrective and preventive actions to achieve zero-defect objectives.

In this role you will beresponsible for leading and coordinating quality assurance activities across production operations, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and policies.

• Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.

• Support production teams by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating product and process quality risks.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, scrap, and process variation.

• Supervise and guide Quality, MI, and Scrap Auditors to ensure effective implementation of quality tools and methodologies.

• Monitor quality performance metrics, investigate root causes of nonconformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions to achieve zero-defect objectives.

If you have/are:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Strong knowledge and application of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA).

• Experience leading and participating in 8D problem-solving and corrective action processes.

Knowledge of customer-specific requirements and quality standards within the automotive industry.
