Vestas in Monterrey is seeking a Warehouse Operations lead to manage daily warehousing activities across MTY, Veracruz and Altamira facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. You will supervise inbound/outbound transactions, coordinate with SAP processes, and coach warehouse personnel to deliver reliable, on-time service that supports our global wind energy commitments.

The Warehouse Operations team is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials that support Vestas operations across multiple locations. The team works closely with Supply Chain, Transport, Planning, Procurement and field operations to maintain inventory accuracy, meet customer requirements, and support business continuity through efficient warehouse management practices

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Supervise inventory control activities across MTY, Veracruz and Altamira WH
• Monitor inbound and outbound material transactions to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Support special material requirements and urgent operational request
• Ensure SAP transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Support and develop warehouse personal through coaching and daily guidance
