Schneider Electric in Reynosa, Mexico, offers a student internship in warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics. You will support inbound/outbound flows, monitor cycle counts, and analyze data to improve performance across Planning, Production, Logistics, Procurement and Quality teams.

You will build reports and dashboards in Excel, assist ERP/WMS transactions, and contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on safety, productivity and operational excellence.

Formación

  • Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's student in a related field.
  • Expected graduation date: December 2027 or later.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP.

What Will You Do?

In this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound material flow.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Collect, analyze, and report warehouse performance data and key metrics.
  • Create informative reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist in managing inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems.
  • Support warehouse layout optimization, storage utilization, and material handling improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Quality to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
  • Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives from identification through implementation, driving measurable business results.
What qualifications will make you successful:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Active Bachelor's student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation date: December 2027 or later
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and self-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
  • Interest in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
