Schneider Electric in Reynosa, Mexico, invites motivated students to join our internship program in supply chain management. You will gain hands-on experience supporting RFQs, POs, data analysis, and reporting while working with a global leader.

Youfll develop Excel dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost and time reductions, continuous improvement, and practical project execution.

Formación

  • Active bachelor student pursuing a degree in SCM, Business Administration, or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
  • Graduation anticipated December 2027 or later.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

  • Submit and analyze RFQs and place POs.
  • Collect and analyze data to support projects.
  • Create reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Develop Excel charts to visualize data.
  • Collaborate with our supply base to support cost and time reduction projects.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives from identification through implementation.
  • Lead improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams for measurable results.

What will you do?
  • Submit and analyze RFQs (Request for Quotations) and place POs (Purchase Orders).
  • Collect and analyze data to support our projects.
  • Create informative reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Develop charts in Excel to visualize data effectively.
  • Collaborate with our supply base and support cost and time reduction project activities.
  • Champion continuous improvement projects from identification through implementation, driving process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project execution and measurable results.
Requirements:
  • Active bachelor students, pursuing degrees in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
  • English proficiency at an intermediate or advanced level.
  • Graduatin in December 2027 or later
  • Strong MS Office skills (intermediate or advanced; Excel proficiency is a plus).
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and self-driven mindset.
