Flex is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee shipping and receiving, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient order fulfillment across our site in Mexico.

The role requires completed education, warehouse experience, people management, and knowledge of production planning, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills; we offer competitive salary, health coverage, Christmas bonus, food vouchers, and savings fund.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving and inventory maintenance.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintain proper levels of stock to ensure efficient operations and profitability.
• Keep files on equipment and conduct routine inventory counts.
• Order necessary equipment and ensure sites are adequately stocked.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Support upkeep and maintenance of warehouse facilities.

General Purpose:

Accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse
