J.P. Morgan in Mexico City seeks a Vice President to lead oversight and governance of risks and controls across Payments Client Service for Latin America, with a focus on Mexico.

You will provide hands-on leadership to strengthen risk culture, drive preventive risk management, and ensure consistent governance execution while partnering across Client Service, Operations, Control Management, Compliance, and Legal.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a banking environment with leadership experience.
• Strong experience interpreting and applying regulatory standards to business processes and controls.
• Familiarity with the Inter‑Affiliate Services program.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and other functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk, controls & governance oversight across Payments Client Service for Latin America, focusing on Mexico.
• Track deliverables, issues and action plans to support ongoing risk reduction and control effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain governance content, charters and material for internal/external engagements.
