MISUMI Americas, a MISUMI Group division, seeks a Vice President of Production Operations to lead end-to-end operational readiness with a focus on people, processes, technology, and supply chain. This senior role requires building a scalable operations organization capable of delivering on customer commitments with quality and speed.

• 15+ years in progressively senior operations leadership roles (VP or equivalent).
• Proven track record transforming and scaling operations in growth or mid-market manufacturing.
• Expertise in production program management, supply chain strategy, and lean/continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead and develop large, globally distributed teams.
• Strong cross-functional influencing skills and stakeholder alignment.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the operational readiness framework for MISUMI Americas to fulfill customer production programs at scale.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Quality to ensure offerings are deliverable at launch and evolve with feedback.
• Develop and execute a multi-year operations strategy aligned with growth targets and commitments.
• Establish roadmap for production offerings and governance rhythms with leadership.
• Set KPIs, dashboards and governance across production operations.
