THE/STUDIO, a fully remote, global company, seeks a Head of Operations to orchestrate Manufacturing, the Global Factory Network, Customer Service, and Customer Success. This role operates at the intersection of bits and atoms, applying AI and automation to scale throughput, with a strong emphasis on radically customer-centric processes.

You will lead distributed teams, drive KPIs across departments, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to create scalable workflows.

• Reimagine and optimize global factory network and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to align end-to-end workflows.
• Leverage AI, automation, and data to improve throughput and KPI tracking.
• Map and redesign the customer journey from quote to delivery.
• Lead and scale remote, cross-functional teams with excellence.
