MISUMI Americas seeks a visionary Vice President of Production Operations to own end‑to‑end operational readiness across people, processes, technology, and supply chain. This executive will build a high‑performing, globally distributed team capable of scaling with growth while ensuring quality, delivery, and responsiveness.

The role is remote but requires 25–40% travel to supply regions and customer locations worldwide. Travel includes regions like India, China, Mexico, Japan, and the US.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Senior/executive leadership in production/manufacturing environments.
• Strong track record in lean/continuous improvement and program management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the operational readiness framework for scaling production programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance for production operations.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and digital tooling to improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute a multi-year operations strategy aligned with growth targets.
