Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Completed healthcare degree in Mexico (medicine, nursing or psychology).
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable communicating with patients by phone and managing records.
• Proficient with EHR/EMR systems and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide virtual clinical and administrative support to neurology clinics.
• Assist with patient scheduling, follow-ups and appointment coordination.
• Contact patients by phone to confirm appointments and gather information.
• Assist with patient intake and documentation.
• Update and maintain accurate patient information in the EHR.
• Help clinical staff with medical records and documentation.
• Coordinate referrals, orders and other patient-related tasks.
• Maintain professional communication with patients and staff.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies on patient confidentiality.
• Deliver excellent patient support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual clinical and administrative support to our neurology clinics.

• Assist with patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment coordination.

• Contact patients by phone to confirm appointments and gather necessary information.

• Assist with patient intake and documentation.

• Update and maintain accurate patient information in the EHR.

• Assist clinical staff with medical records and documentation.

• Coordinate referrals, orders, and other patient-related administrative tasks.

• Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare staff.

• Follow HIPAA and company policies regarding patient confidentiality and protected health information.

• Provide excellent patient support and customer service.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish – required.

• Completed degree in Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, or a related healthcare field in Mexico.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Comfortable communicating with patients by phone.

• Strong computer and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• High attention to detail and professionalism.

• Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office environment.

• Availability to work U.S. clinic hours/time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a medical clinic or healthcare setting.

• Experience with U.S. healthcare/medical clinics is highly preferred.

• Experience in neurology or other specialty clinics.

• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems.

• Knowledge of medical terminology.

• Experience with patient scheduling and medical documentation.

• Familiarity with HIPAA and U.S. healthcare workflows.
