DiDi Global Inc. invites a hands-on internship in a Mexico City hybrid team. You will own real recurring processes from week one, focusing on settlement, partner accounts, and data-driven issue resolution.

Your work will affect fleet partners and operators across the network. You’ll use SQL, Excel, and automation scripting to improve reporting, track performance, and support pricing and budgeting decisions.

Formación

• Strong data analysis skills; proficient in SQL and Excel.
• Comfortable with AI tools for analysis, documentation, and automation.
• Fluent English; able to work evenings to overlap with China time zones.
• Rigor, accountability, and attention to detail are essential for handling sensitive information.
• Eager to grow; comfortable with ambiguity and feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Support settlement and payments: prepare data, run reconciliations, track payments.
• Manage partner accounts: setup, permissions, activation/deactivation, audits.
• Log and analyze operational exceptions; categorize and quantify issues for fixes.
• Produce recurring operational reports and dashboards; support ad hoc analyses.
