DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Intern to support across markets, driving high-quality execution of mobility and platform initiatives.

You will help ensure faster feature rollouts, improved reliability, and higher user and driver satisfaction by translating strategy into scalable processes. You will collaborate with regional teams, monitor metrics like driver retention and completion rates, and assist in drafting SOPs and BRDs, contributing to a data-driven operations culture at

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Economics or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical ability with Excel/SQL to manipulate data and produce insights.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle, A/B testing concepts, and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-Region Operations Communication & Support: maintain daily communication with regional ops teams and collect feedback.
• Operations Execution & Support: monitor core metrics, flag anomalies, draft SOPs and training materials.
• Product Requirement Coordination: participate in requirement discussions and track post-launch adoption.
