DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a logistics internship within the Alianza team in Mexico to support settlement, payments, and partner account management. You will own recurring processes from week one and gain visibility into how statements are produced and reconciled.

You’ll work with SQL, Excel, and AI tools to analyze data, build reports, and help automate manual workflows. Fluency in English and willingness to work overlap with China time are required.

Formación

• Strong data analysis skills with large transaction-level datasets.
• Fluent English (working language).
• Able to work evenings to overlap with China time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Settlement and payment support across end-to-end cycle.
• Partner account management and audits.
• Issue collection, tracking, and feedback with documented logs.
• Reporting and analysis support including dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.
