DiDi Global in Mexico City is offering an internship within the Alianza team, building a new logistics model. You will own real recurring processes from week one, ensuring partners are paid correctly and statements are accurate.

You will use SQL and Excel to analyze data, support settlements and reporting, and help automate workflows. Fluent English and the ability to overlap with China time zones are essential.

Formación

• Strong data analysis skills — proficient in SQL and Excel.
• Comfortable with AI tools — you already use them daily for analysis, documentation, and automation.
• Fluent English (working language).
• Able to work evenings to overlap with China time zones — the team spans Mexico and China.
• Rigor and accountability. Attention to detail and double-checking are required.
• Hardworking, sharp, and eager to grow, comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Settlement and payment support: end-to-end settlements, reconciliation checks, and documentation.
• Partner account management: setup, activation/deactivation, audits, and point of contact for issues.
• Issue collection and tracking: structured logging and classification of operational exceptions.
• Reporting and analysis support: recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses; automate repeatable parts.
