SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Systems & Requirements Engineer in Mexico to define and govern vehicle feature requirements across programs. You will bridge product planning with core engineering, software, hardware, HMI, and validation teams to translate customer expectations into testable specifications.

You will drive requirements ownership, traceability, and change control while ensuring safety and regulatory alignment across the vehicle lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 1–5+ years of automotive product development experience with requirements engineering responsibility
• Knowledge of automotive domains (ADAS, Infotainment, Connectivity, Body, Propulsion, or Chassis)

Responsabilidades

• Lead authoring, baselining, tracking, and lifecycle management of vehicle feature requirements.
• Decompose customer needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Host requirement reviews with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve gaps and dependencies.
• Maintain full traceability from customer needs to software, hardware, and tests.
• Ensure integration of functional safety (ISO 26262) and regulatory standards into specifications.
