Stellantis NV in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in the EHE organization to plan and execute vehicle projects, ensuring alignment with overall goals and objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, serve as the primary contact at vehicle level, communicate requirements to Core Engineering, monitor progress with KPIs, and manage budgets.

You will also coordinate War Rooms and assembly plant pilot builds, and support EOL activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, especially in automotive.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentations.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% to assembly plants (US/Canada).

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute vehicle projects aligning with organizational goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for EHE organization at vehicle level.
• Lead cross-functional teams within EHE organization and provide guidance.
• Communicate vehicle requirements and support Core Engineering Teams as needed.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, including cost rollup and budget allocation.
• Oversee GIMS/Issue Management and burn-down processes, resolving issues.
• Identify need for and coordinate War Rooms as necessary.
• Lead Assembly Plant Pilot builds for smooth execution and issue resolution.
• Coordinate software implementation trials (PER trials) and collaborate with EE SWAT for EOL activities.
• Lead resolution of SCA Vehicle Audit issues, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide support to Core Engineering Team including APQP, DV/PV, and Off Tool parts activities.
• Manage EBOM and oversee Quality/Warranty analysis and actions.
