Job summary

Stellantis NV in Mexico City is seeking a senior Program Manager with 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry. You will drive program launches, manage costs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and resolve issues affecting part and vehicle releases.

You will mentor engineers, track DV/PV testing, and ensure EBOM accuracy and on-time POs/TPOs. The role requires strong bilingual communication, presentation skills, and experience with PPAP, DFMEA, and dimensional control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 8+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Advanced bilingual with strong oral and written communication including presentations.
• Experience with DVP, DFMEA, PPAP, DV, PV testing, and dimensional control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure POs and TPOs are issued on time.
• Track source package through approvals.
• Help resolve volume/STV issues to process source packages.
• Review and support EBOM accuracy.
• Understand complexity of releases based on markets.
• Manage price class/differentiation for parts/systems.
• Manage PDO issues/feasibility list.
• Represent CN/CCDs at CN review meetings.
• Drive CNs to decisions and remove roadblocks.
• Provide guidance to new engineers in group.
• DV/PV component/vehicle Start/Finish tracking and reporting.
• Monitor current production quality and coordinate quality calls.
• Support program launches (on-site where applicable).
• Lead Production Launch activities and ensure timing objectives are met.
• Monitor/represent eCIMS for their components.
• Lead PDP and cost collaboration processes.
• Provide market/useage information to engineers.
• Lead cost loops and program reviews.
