Job summary

Stellantis in Mexico City seeks a senior automotive engineer to drive program management, release processes, and vehicle component development. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely decisions, cost targets, and launch readiness across markets.

The role requires advanced technical English, experience with DFMEA/PPAP/DVP, and strong leadership to guide engineers through complex programs and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual communication, both oral and written.
• Oral and written communication skills including management level presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Issue POs and TPOs on time; track source packages through approvals.
• Review EBOM accuracy and understand release complexity by markets.
• Lead program reviews, cost targets, and schedule adherence.
• Provide guidance to engineers and coordinate launch activities.
• Monitor production quality through fast feedback and related metrics.
• Coordinate tool kickoff, PDP management, and cost collaboration processes.
