Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Mexico seeks a Program Manager with 3–5 years of experience in program or project management within the automotive sector. You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, and action plans, and ensure alignment with quality, cost, and timing targets.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and advanced English communication. Regular travel to Toluca and/or Mexico City will be needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or similar role in automotive industry.
• Experience with automotive systems is required; familiarity with driveline components desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage program activities from planning through launch, ensuring quality, cost, and timing targets.
• Monitor and report program KPIs, milestones, risks, and action plans to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure execution of project deliverables and customer commitments.
• Support product launch planning, cost optimization initiatives, and recovery actions.
• Act as the first point of contact for program-related decisions, aligning component groups with business objectives.
