Stellantis NV seeks an SSTL (Project Manager) to lead product development tasks, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and act as the main contact for plant builds and issues.

Ideal candidates have 8 years in automotive, 2 years releasing in Electrical, and strong mentoring and communication skills to drive collaboration across organizations.

Formación

• 8 years of automotive experience.
• 2 years releasing experience in Electrical.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering on commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HWE team to make commitments and to keep them (on time, on budget, high quality).
• Drive commitments from program team to closure.
• Coordinate communication between HWE Organization and Program Team.
• Partner with DRE, monitor development per milestone to calibrate expectations.
• Project tracking and reporting to other areas as needed.
• Main point of contact for plant builds/issues and support for non-local SSTLs.
