Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in automotive program management, project management, product development or launches.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional automotive programs.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP and automotive product-launch processes.
• Experience interacting directly with OEM customers and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of program costs, investments and profitability.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to influence teams and drive accountability without relying on direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned programs from planning and development through launch and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain program timing, milestones, deliverables and recovery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional program teams and ensure alignment across functions and locations.
• Lead regular program reviews and provide clear visibility of progress, risks and critical issues.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor program financial performance, including costs, investments, changes and profitability.
