Ford is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer to lead integration and validation of vehicle electrical systems. You will develop logical schematics and support prototype and pre-production builds, coordinating DT structure and system reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related field and 3+ years of automotive wiring experience, with strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years automotive wiring/Systems experience.
• 1+ year proficiency in root-cause analysis and 8D documentation.
• Independent worker capable of delivering multiple project commitments concurrently.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Interfacing with vehicle product development and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CAN network and vehicle diagnostics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop vehicle-level Logical Schematics.
• Setup DT Structure in VSEM-GDT and approve the System aspect of the DT.
• Coordinate TDR prep and track with Technical Specialist at gateways via JIRA.
• Perform design/compatibility reviews and assess Systems FMEA.
• Update SW in modules and perform functional testing.
• Support pre-production builds (DCV/TT) and EOL-related testing.
