SEGULA Technologies in Mexico City seeks a Vehicle Cost Engineer to own the vehicle cost definition from concept to end of life, driving targets and cost management across components and systems.

You will develop component level targets, apply reference data and LCC savings, and lead cross-functional reviews to meet cost goals; a BS in Engineering and 5+ years in the automotive sector are required, with advanced degrees a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years automotive industry experience at OEM or large Tier 1.
• Experience in engineering program management or vehicle program management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop component level cost targets using vehicle top-down budget allocation.
• Apply reference vehicle data and Low Cost Country savings to EBOM data.
• Lead cross-functional cost reviews and governance cost report outs.
• Identify design alternatives to meet aggressive cost targets.
