SEGULA Technologies in Mexico seeks a specialist in Value Optimization & Financial Management. The ideal candidate will identify and track cost reduction activities while managing budgets within a cross-functional team. Proven experience in automotive design or cost engineering is essential.
The role requires proficiency in NX and Teamcenter, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Candidates should also possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and have a high level of English proficiency.
Formación
- Proven experience in design, release, manufacturing processing, or cost engineering within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Responsabilidades
- Identify, benchmark, budget, and track cost reduction projects.
- Present regional results overviews and manage VO KPIs.
- Lead benchmarking and standardization activities across Metafunctions.
