Qualifications

• Proven experience in design, release, manufacturing processing, or cost engineering within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Identify, benchmark, budget, and track cost reduction projects.
• Present regional results overviews and manage VO KPIs.
• Lead benchmarking and standardization activities across Metafunctions.
