Eaton in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is looking for a Value Stream Manager to lead multiple product lines in achieving production objectives while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role involves implementing Continuous Improvement frameworks and fostering a high-performing team culture. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, significant experience in management and project teams, and be bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma certification and electrical engineering background.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience managing people and/or project teams.
• 3+ years’ cross‑functional experience with scheduling, engineering and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production objectives are met within budget and quality specifications.
• Develop improvements in production methods and procedures.
• Deploy MESH initiatives to support a Zero Incident Culture.
