Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Sr Electrical Engineer in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico to coordinate and advance electrical testing in production lines, support new product development, and drive cost improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong controls and programming skills (C/C++, LabVIEW), and experience with Lean/Six Sigma and cross-functional teamwork across validation, tooling, and process optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in production/test environments and equipment modernization.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage electric testing activities in production areas.
• Plan tooling, fixtures, and test station equipment for electrical testing.
• Develop technical specs for new equipment and manage capital projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical test equipment and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, and Pro Launch with process maps and control plans.
• Identify opportunities to reduce test times and improve cost.
