Formación

• Minimum 5 years of related engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience implementing new, automated processes in a high production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deploy the Bussmann Industrialization strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of industrialization engineers.
• Own industrialization execution for New Product Introductions.
• Drive manufacturing line automation and digitization initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Design Engineering to influence architectures.
• Oversee development and deployment of manufacturing processes and assets.
• Lead supplier development activities.
• Own critical process improvement programs for core manufacturing processes.
• Drive value engineering and cost-out initiatives.
• Support manufacturing sites during product launches and transitions.
• Ensure compliance with Eaton policies and safety standards.
