You will drive the Carrier Excellence framework and SWAT-style initiatives across Manufacturing, Operations, Maintenance, IE, Quality, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Lean and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading productivity, Kaizen events, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency; willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities
