Gentherm Mexico, a global leader in thermal management, seeks a Value Stream Leader II/Production Supervisor. You will manage end-to-end value stream performance, coordinate group leaders, and drive Lean-based improvements to meet productivity, quality, cost and delivery targets.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5+ years in manufacturing, and proven leadership. Spanish-English bilingual preferred for LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, preferably automotive.
• Proven experience in team leadership, shift supervision, or production management.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and quality systems.
• Advanced communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the activities of group leaders to ensure adherence to production schedules and achievement of value stream KPIs.
• Collaborate with support departments to meet operational targets and resolve issues.
• Maintain visual management boards and dashboards reflecting value stream performance vs. targets.
• Own value stream performance and drive accountability for results.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean principles.
• Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations and company standards.
• Guarantee that all manufacturing activities are conducted by properly trained personnel.
• Ensure that approved procedures and standardized work instructions are followed.
• Contribute to the achievement of overall plant goals and strategic objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with shift counterparts for operational continuity.
