Gentherm México is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations, manage a team of Group Leaders, and ensure the value stream achieves safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and cost targets. The role collaborates with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and HR to maintain continuous improvement, process controls, and traceability while fostering a safe and productive workplace.

• University degree.
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• English level intermediate in communication.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, IATF 16949/ISO 45001.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and direct production operations to meet the production schedule.
• Oversee value stream metrics: safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and cost.
• Lead and develop Group Leaders and indirect personnel.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and HR to resolve issues.
• Ensure process controls, quality checks, and proper documentation.
