Citigroup Inc. seeks a User Experience Analyst at an intermediate level to research, analyze, and design digital products and systems for internal and external clients. You will partner with Product and Technology to deliver best-in-class usability and accessibility across platforms.

Responsibilities include meetings with users and sponsors, creating personas, wireframes, prototypes using Sketch, InVision, Axure, and Adobe, and ensuring ADA/WCAG standards. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Basic experience with design tools, or willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Interest in banking or finance and HTML/CSS development skills.

Aufgaben

• Participate in meetings with users, clients, product sponsors and technology to understand project requirements.
• Contribute to UX research, IA design, user journeys, create personas.
• Learn the importance of metrics/data to support decision-making.
• Work closely with users, stakeholders, business analysts, product managers and development teams to brainstorm and co-create ideas, approaches, and solutions.
• Participate in testing to validate and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Sketch, InVision, Axure, and the Adobe suite.
• Apply a positive and constructive attitude to all feedback.
• Use the approved design system and adhere to design standards.
