Intugo, in partnership with a confidential foreign company, is seeking a personable Bookkeeper to support U.S. clients across diverse industries, maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and contribute to efficient financial operations.

You will record in QuickBooks, handle bank and card reconciliations, prepare monthly reports, close month and year, and assist the tax team while maintaining confidentiality and multi-client focus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience supporting U.S. clients.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles.
• Strong QuickBooks skills and Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Record and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
• Perform bank, credit card, loan, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain the general ledger for assigned clients.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Assist the tax team with specific reconciliations and workpapers.
