Job summary

Cadencia seeks a detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate has nonprofit accounting experience with at least one year exposure to U.S. practices and excellent English communication.

You will handle banking reconciliations, AP/AR, donations platforms, and rely on QuickBooks Online/Desktop while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting position.
• 1 year of exposure with a U.S. CPA firm.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping functions following U.S. rules.

• Utilize accounting software and maintain accurate records, in specific Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop.
• Communicate with clients as needed to ensure all information is timely received.
